(Due to the nature of this product a few bristles may come away from the base. We recommend gently hand washing the product.)

... for losing hairs!
Recently used this to grease the inside of the pirate ship cake mold; however the cake came out looking like a porcupine pirate ship there were that many spikes on it!!!
Have had to resort to purchasing the bristle-less pastry brush in order to avoid a repeat :o(

“Lost bristles after 2 or 3 uses

A total waste of money! The glue used on these is poor - it softens in warm water and, if the brush is used for warm, sticky glazes like honey that do not wash out if rinsed cold, makes it impossible to clean them properly. After a very few uses, the bristle pad came out completely. I had to replace 2 of these with the silicone alternatives, which are less effective but do not lose their 'bristles'.
Definitely not recommended!
