Silicone Egg Ring

Well greased, these are brilliant for making your own crumpets. Fill almost to the top and fry until nearly set, then you can shake the crumpet easily of the ring and turn it over with a spatula to fry the other side.

Silicone Egg Ring

I love this product and it's results.
As well as fried eggs I use them to poach eggs in the frying pan.
Just make sure the fat or water is hot when you put the eggs in and I remove the rings when the eggs are almost cooked and then splash over them with the fat or water.
My grandsons think I make the best poached eggs ever now.
