When you want something quick, convenient and nutritious to eat, simply fill a bag with fresh home-grown or even frozen vegetables, fish, or perhaps a chicken breast.
After a few minutes in the microwave, its contents will be steamed to perfection, retaining the fabulous flavour and all those beneficial vitamins… and there's no washing up!
Thanks to the special 'almost invisible' valve incorporated in the bag, the steam that's generated is gradually and safely diffused.<

Cooks salmon in 2-3 minutes beautifully, I use the bags to cook vegetables in minutes. Use the bag once, then throw away, no washing up or smells.
