You may well have seen supermarket versions, ready filled with frozen vegetables, but now for the first time ever, these innovative steaming bags are available for use in the home.

When you want something quick, convenient and nutritious to eat, simply fill a bag with fresh home-grown or even frozen vegetables, fish, or perhaps a chicken breast.

After a few minutes in the microwave, its contents will be steamed to perfection, retaining the fabulous flavour and all those beneficial vitamins… and there's no washing up!

Thanks to the special 'almost invisible' valve incorporated in the bag, the steam that's generated is gradually and safely diffused.

Medium Zip ’n’ Steam Bags

I live on my own and I love steamed vegetables and I can put several kinds in at the same time which is just perfect for me. Just ordering some more so quick and easy and no washing up. Brilliant.

Brilliant product, very useful for cooking fish. Good tip in the accompanying leaflet to freeze potions of veg in the bag and then cook straight from the freezer. Am going to try it with this years crop of runner beans.

I use these bags all the time for quick cooking of freash veg, chicken breast and fish fillets. It only takes a fraction of the time due to the "preassure steam" effect caused by the bag design, great!
