This is wonderful, chicken and meat cook quicker, it browns and is tender, but the best thing is that the roasting dish stays clean and the oven never gets splashed, even though it is a fan oven. So I save on fuel for both cooking and cleaning up afterwards.

This is really easy to use and is absolutely brilliant for roasting joints. I no longer use foil. I just use the wrap & roast. Best product I've used in a long time.

I find this absolutely wonderful and use it for all roasts. Not only does it cut cooking time but the oven stays clean. So its an all round winner
