OXO Good Grips® Flexible Turner

This is one of my favourite items in my kitchen. I can't tell you how much I love it! The handle is really sturdy (I've owned mine for years and the plastic has never come off the metal beneath) and the flex head really is flexible, but also stays straight when kept in the drawer. The head is also a very good size (not too big, but big enough for real portions). I use mine almost daily for fried eggs, fishcakes, fish... And the part is that it still looks and feels almost new!
